How long does it take for the services to be delivered after they’re purchased?
Ordered services fare delivered gradually, so the activity appears natural for your social media account(s).
Delivery typically begins 2-5 minutes after your payment has been successfully processed. Within the first hour, you should begin to see the activity from your purchased service, with the exception of YouTube video views (which may take up to 48 hours to appear).
Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
Sometimes order delivery can be delayed for up to a few days. This could be because of a technical change within the social platform that we’re delivering to, or it could be caused by our system receiving a large influx of orders at once.
While most orders begin delivery within an hour after your payment has been successfully processed, they can be delayed for a few days. If the delivery period expires and your order has still not been fulfilled, please contact customer support so we can work to get your order delivered.
